Margit is involved in development aid and cross-border cooperation projects. Margit has Tartu University BA degree in social work; she has master degree from University of Bologna in Governance and Politics of European Integration for East- Central and Balkan Europe and she has also finished University of Robert Schuman master program on European Minority Rights.
Since 1998, Margit Säre has been working at the Peipsi Center for Transboundary Cooperation. She has led and coordinated a wide range of EU-funded and international cooperation projects (Interreg, Erasmus+, EuropeAid, ENPI), focusing on cultural and natural heritage, environmental awareness, community engagement, and sustainable regional development.
She is also actively engaged in international networks and policy platforms, including the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum (former environment working group leader) and long-term participation in transboundary water cooperation bodies.
Ederi Ojasoo

Ederi is working with environmental and global education projects that are targeted at schools and youth centers.
Ederi Ojasoo is a cultural project manager and creative practitioner with over 10 years of experience in EU-funded projects, community engagement, and cultural production, combining a strong background in regional development with hands-on experience in the creative sector.
She holds a Master’s degree in Contemporary Media from Tallinn University and a Master’s degree in Cultural Management from the University of Tartu, complemented by studies in human geography and regional planning. She is has also studies mictrodegree of contemporary theatre practices at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy.
Ederi has extensive experience in the initiation, management, and implementation of international projects (Interreg, Erasmus+, etc).
Janeli Mänd, Financial assistent
Janeli Mänd works as a financial assistant, supporting the organization's daily financial management and project reporting. Her responsibilities include monitoring project costs, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with donor requirements. Janeli contributes to the smooth implementation of the organization's projects by ensuring accurate and transparent financial management in various cooperation projects.
Gedy Matisen, Project assistant
Gedy Matisen works as an assistant to the project manager, supporting the daily implementation and organizational activities of projects. Her work includes preparing events and activities, communicating with partners, and managing project documentation. Gedy contributes to the efficient operation of projects and supports the team in various collaboration and communication activities.
