Summary
GreenADeN (www.inai.fi/projects/greenaden) works with green skills development in Nordic and Baltic countries.
The project discusses topics of long-term tagets in mitigation of climate change in the region while adopting the best European practices in the climate change mitigation in compliance with the Nordic Vision 2030 and the European Green Deal agenda.
The project activities include workshops and hackathons focused on the adaptation of European Climate Change Policies in the Nordic and Baltic regions. These events will be organized as annual schools over two consecutive years. The schools will emphasize various aspects of European Climate Change policies and their adaptation in the Nordic and Baltic Regions. Special attention will be given to the application of the European Green Deal program to address the specific needs of the regions. GreenADeN will help establish a 'green' mindset among the general public and especially the youth of partner countries. Sustainable development, gender equality, child rights, and youth perspectives are crucial components of the GreenADeN project.
