Estonia-Latvian cross border cooperation seminar takes place in Valga, 3 December.
Border seminar is organized as part of Interreg Europe EPICAH project, in cooperation with Vaga/Valka twin city. The seminar will be opened by Valga/Valka twin town mayors – Mr. Margus Lepik and Mr. Vents Armands Krauklis. Other speakers and discussions focus on development priorities and cooperation needs in border area and preparations for the new Interreg Estonia-Latvia programming period.
EPICAH (Effectiveness of Policy Instruments for Crossborder Advancement in Heritage ) project is implemented by 8 partners in European border region, working with cross-border topics.
