An open debate club meeting will be held next Monday, 8 of May, as a part of REMEDY project. Tartu University debate club was lovely enough to host us in order to brainstorm ideas as well as to discuss difficult topics in a safe debate environment.
REMEDY is a civil society project that promotes acceptance of different historical experiences. It tries to educate about the different historical narratives in Europe. Main goal of the project is to bring these countries together for reflection on causes, commemoration, and reconciliation.
The debate is aimed towards the students of Tartu University and is a pre-event for the Estonian workshop in August.
